James (Craig) Benning

Dr. James (Craig) Benning is a native Kansan, husband, and father of two. He earned his Biology degree from the University of Notre Dame, followed by his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. After a surgical internship at Rush University in Chicago, he completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, and a Body MRI fellowship at the University of Utah. Specializing in abdominal and pelvic MRI and cancer imaging, he is affiliated with the ACR, RSNA, and MSSC. Outside of medicine, he enjoys playing the mandolin, cycling, hiking, board games, and spending time with his family at the lake.
